No-Knead Overnight Artisan Einkorn Bread

This loaf turned out pretty, but not as brown as I hoped it would be. I followed the recipe very carefully (using yeast levain). Can anyone offer suggestions?

  1. It looks very nice! In order to get a darker crust, I would suggest making sure you’ve preheated the dutch oven for the full 30 mins and then allowing it to bake uncovered for a few extra minutes until you get the shade of crust you are looking for.
